There is no doubt that one of the issues that most attracts attention worldwide is the so-called «Climate Change» sponsored by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), an organization created for that purpose by the United Nations Organization, and driven by various social, cultural, economic, energy and political sectors. This body has the collaboration of 2500 prestigious scientists and its conclusions are written independently of the work contributed by a group of political activists without any relation to the weather. This is because this Intergovernmental Panel understands that the simple request for data from a scientist is sufficient evidence to appear as a collaborator of the Panel and its conclusions.
All this starts in the United Kingdom, just like Buddhism as it is understood today, in this case, during Labor coal mining strikes when Margaret Thatcher faced them using non-dependent energy alternatives such as nuclear energy. For this, he echoed the statements of a demented Swede who wanted to attribute the world apocalypse to CO2, at a time when the concern was the reverse, that is, a psychosis was being created in British public opinion about an upcoming glaciation that would end life in Britain.
The premier contributed a huge budget to the Royal Society with the task of finding a relationship between the burning of fossil fuels and global warming that would lead to an environmental disaster that would justify the closure of the annoying coal mines with which to dismiss the strikers and not depend on foreign oil after the shortage crisis of the 70s. Nuclear energy did not produce CO2, which would improve its perception by public opinion.
In the heat of official money, many scientists who did not obtain financing for their respective projects saw the opportunity to achieve a stable and well-paid job and landed in the weather with the mission of finding the direct relationship between CO2 and climate change.
At the same time in those years thousands of Marxist activists lost their jobs after the fall of the Berlin Wall. Very intelligently they realized that the fight against CO2, a form of neo-medievalism, was the same fight against the capitalist system, so they resumed these environmental approaches in addition to radical feminism to reinvent neomarxism. The enemy was, of course, the United States, the mecca of capitalism, and its excessive consumption of fossil fuels, primarily oil.
However, in 2000 the defeated candidate for president and former vice president Albert Gore takes a Copernican turn to American politics at a famous conference where he provides disturbing data that alarms the world. It showed the real correlation between CO2 levels and global temperatures. What he did not say is that it is CO2 that follows temperatures and not vice versa, changing cause for effect. However, it caused the desired effect: the government increased the climate budget by 1200%, and the predictable happens.
From that moment begins with a continuous cycle of feedback where these new climatologists design models that the more catastrophic more echo they find in the media, which alarms the population, which moves their political representatives who are the ones who have The key to money.
A realistic model in which once it will be hot and then a little cold is not published so contracts are not renewed. The alarms with increasingly horrible and also much earlier.
It is curious that there is no private funding in this field, but exclusively public money dependent on the budget and this one of the politicians and sponsored by another political body such as the United Nations.
The truth, when there is money in between, is the first victim of any assembly.
We could relate the graphs of the increase in atmospheric CO2 with the number of people following Buddhism in the West and we would see a direct correlation. Are Buddhists responsible for climate change?
Yes, and in a deeper way than it might seem.
What does Climate Change and Buddhism have in common in the West?
Both are two belief systems that they have in common that say they are based on cause and effect, but that, however, tend to confuse causes with effects as if the entropy were in the opposite direction and whose texts are interpreted by devotees who have a poor reading comprehension in common. In other words, they know how to read, but not understand what they read.
Like climatologists confuse the consequence, the increase in CO2 with the cause, the rise in sea level temperatures, Buddhists have the unusual ability to confuse the ultimate goal, which is extinction (Nibbāna) with happiness, the cause of attachment that leads precisely To the opposite extreme, to suffering.
But how is this possible?
These are the effects of the two hundred years of the obligatory nature of the school, an institution imposed by the Prussian Kaiser in order to control the belief system of his people and prevent him from being beheaded like Louis XVI. That people think on their own proved too dangerous with what the compulsory school had a fulminant expansion.
Educational policies have been deepening over the centuries, currently preventing the normal mental development of the child from practically the cradle, and in some cases covering up to 30 years of toxic exposure. From a very young age, any kind of curiosity is killed and the eagerness to learn, innate in the human being, suffocates with tons of data that are within reach of any smartphone.
This system is designed so that its victims, at least, are able to differentiate the colors of a flag, not its meaning, and be able to follow it unconditionally. To the flag and the flag bearer.
For centuries the standard bearer was the parish priest and beyond the Pope himself.
With the growing discredit of this sadly famous institution, these zombies go out in search of new priests to save them from themselves or the same climate, offering them their fresh brains to be devoured in exchange.
Little food, in any case.
Who are those standard bearers?
They are skilled people in repeating catchy memes without any rational basis, with a strategy based exclusively on the intensive exploitation of cognitive distortions and endowed with a merciless ability to use fallacies.
And some saint. That is not missing.
Neomedievalists looking for a sorcerer to free them from their imaginary black plague that bursts in their head. And if it is with a miracle, much better.
